Third generation leader of a real estate advisory firm established in 1920. Participated in the revitalization of the City of Hoboken and the Hudson Waterfront Gold Coast redevelopment since 1983. Review appraiser for the Port Authority of NY & NJ and NJ Transit on various projects. Litigation specialist qualified as an expert by the U.S. District Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Superior Court of NJ, Tax Court of NJ, etc. Special projects include the valuation of oil refineries, cogeneration plants, container ports, country clubs, acute-care hospitals, transportation corridors, etc. Practice also focused on the valuation of office parks, hotels, shopping centers, development sites, etc. for both the public and private sector. Also qualified as a specialist in the valuation of partial takings and real estate damages (environmental, construction defects, etc.).
